Sun Pediatrics

Your Pediatrician Open On Saturday

If you have a health concern, we’re now your pediatrician open on Saturday. We understand that illness and injury do not confine themselves to Monday through Friday. And, doesn’t it seem like kids get sick after the doctor’s office closes?

We get it! The first thing you want to do when your child is suffering is to speak to a pediatrician you trust. That is why we are now offering special extended hours!

Hours and Locations

If you have a health concern on a Saturday, we can now see you in-person at our Saturday Clinic! Here is the current schedule:

  • Our Marietta location on Windy Hill Road is open from 9am to 12pm on the first Saturday of the month.
  • The East Cobb location on Johnson Ferry Road is open from 9am to 12pm on the third Saturday of the month.
  • In addition to these new set hours, we will add additional open hours during our busiest months of the year, December, January, July and August.

Improved After-Hours Access

We also improved our after-hours answering service to include appointment scheduling. So, if you want to make an appointment in the evening for the following day, you can now call us the night before, even after hours.

If you have a question you need answered right away, did you know that many insurance companies employ on-call pediatric nurses to answer your questions during off-hours? If your insurance company offers this, you will find the phone number on the back of your insurance card. If they do not, you can also contact our on-call physician. Of course, as always, if it is an emergency, you should always call 911, instead of contacting us or an on-call nurse.

Accepting New Patients, Too!

We are currently accepting new patients at Sun Pediatrics! Are you looking for a new doctor or expecting a baby? Come meet with us! Make a meet and greet appointment by calling 678-501-5601 or visit our website.
