Our appointment policies ensure efficient scheduling and optimal care for our patients. Please follow these guidelines for appointment scheduling, arrival, cancellations, and preparation to make the most of your visit.
Visit our patient portal or call (678) 501-5601 to schedule your appointment. Same-day appointments for most visits are available to accommodate your needs.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and ensure a timely check-in process.
Notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Additionally, inform us of any changes to your address, insurance, or health status. Be sure to fill in any required forms prior to your visit to expedite your check-in process.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please call us as soon as possible so we may use the time for other patients who need to be seen. There will be a $50 fee for missed appointments, or appointments not cancelled within the required time. Please note that this fee will be billed directly to you and not your insurance company.

There is always a Provider on call for our practice if you or the nurse need further advice. Please utilize your insurance company’s on-call pediatric nurses. Many insurance companies have a staff of trained pediatric nurses to answer your calls after hours. The number is on the back of your card.
